Benchmarks compare your last 30 days with the average of similar businesses in your town: unique visitors, repeat-visit rate, average visit length and visits per week. You also get a 7-day × 24-hour heatmap of your own busiest hours.

How it works

   Find it in the portal or on the Results screen in the owner app.

   Compare

   See your number next to the town average for your category.

   Act on it

   Low repeat rate? Try a punch card. Quiet afternoons? Schedule a Power Hour.

Why it helps

• Know what “good” looks like in your town.
• Find your quiet hours at a glance.

Good to know

• Privacy first: comparisons only appear when at least 3 similar businesses have data, so no single competitor’s numbers can ever be seen.
• If your town has fewer than 3, we widen to 25 miles; if there still aren’t enough, we say so instead of guessing.
• Heatmap times are Pacific time and cover your business only.
